Nestled within the grounds of Evoke Fitness's gym is where you will find our testing and performance lab. Armed with state-of-the-art technology to analyze strength, speed, mobility, stability, and power, your data is collected in real-time.

Using the same equipment trusted by Premier League soccer teams, NFL, NBA, MLB and NCAA teams, testing at NSS can be done to assess performance levels, monitor fatigue and adaptation, and assist with decisions about return-to-play/participation. Our programs are also used to help ensure first responders and law enforcement personnel maximize their athletic abilities and are physically ready to safely return to action if injured.

Athletes are typically tested at the start of pre-season, before starting a new exercise program, at the end of a training block, before surgery, or during rehabilitation. 

Testing can also be generalized or sport/position specific and can be used to make changes in exercise programs, rest and recovery and/or rehabilitation efforts.
